Cape Clear Server

Cape Clear Server is the core runtime engine of the Cape Clear ESB. It supports:

• Service hosting, of BPEL, Java, Assembly and Database Services;
• Multiple transports out-of-the-box: 15 transports are supported.
• Very high qualities of service: Reliability, Availability, Scalability, Performance;
• Clustering: State-aware clustering and failover;
• WS-* and REST enabled: there is no assumption or prerequisite of SOAP in the transports or the runtime.

At runtime, Cape Clear deploys into a servlet engine, and optionally makes use of application server capabilities for extended performance. Out-of-the-box we install with Tomcat or JBOSS, and Cape Clear is also fully tested in WebSphere and Weblogic environments.
