Clarke co-founded Cape Clear in 1999. Previously he was Senior Product Manager with IONA Technologies from 1995 to 1999, where he led the development of the enterprise-level technology group. Prior to IONA, he was a Project Manager at Shell International, Scotland. He holds a Computer Science degree from Trinity College, Dublin.
